Bobby Don Morgan, 54, of Alvin, Texas passed away November 12, 2010. Cause of death at the time of this announcement is still to be determined.

Graveside services were held November 14, 2010 at the family cemetery in Rule, Texas. Memorial services were held November 17, 2010 at South Park Baptist Church, Alvin Texas.

Bobby “Don” Morgan is survived by his mother, Mary Jo Keller Morgan; father, George Wiley; sisters: Cheryl Ann Francis and Becky Jan Harris; and his twin brother Tommy “Dan;” as well as many nieces, nephews and brothers and sister-in-law.

Don graduated from Alvin High School and the University of Houston with a degree in Finance. Don’s vocation was elementary education. His favorite avocation was that of an arborist-tree surgeon. Don loved his family, especially the children, and was an animal lover, and enjoyed his favorite pet, a cat named “Whiskers.” Don loved life and people, which was always apparent by his ever-present smile and cheerful laughter.
