Kathy Jane (Turner) Brooks, went to be with her Lord and Savior, June 30, 2009, in Farmington, NM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday July 8, 2009.
Kathy was born in Abilene, TX April 7, 1957 to John Booth Turner and Sudie Jane (Hancock) Turner.
She graduated from Alvin High School in Alvin, TX in 1975.
Married Rickey Dewey Brooks in Alvin, TX June 17, 1977.
Preceded in death by her father John Booth Turner.
Survived by: Husband Rickey Brooks and 3 daughters; Geneva Brooks, Krystle Brooks of Farmington and Andrea Witzemann and husband (Shawn) of Aztec, NM. and her mother Sudie Turner of Hamlin, TX. Two grandsons, Isaiah and Joey Witzemann.
Kathy loved to garden and her dogs and cats. She would adopt every stray that came along.
